I have been wanting to expand my bar collection. With doing that, I will need a larger bar cabinet. I could buy some lavish expesive bar and call it a day....but who has the money for that these days? Especially with so many DIY tutorials out there. Not to mentional all the social media at our fingertips. I found a few pictures on Pinterest for inspiration. Then I search my local Craigslist ads to see what I could revamp!
You could definitely find something like this on craigslist or at your local thrift store.
This one too, or maybe in an antique store just waiting to be restored and treasured.
This could be an easy find. Turn an old Armoire into the bar. Slap on some chalk paint and there you go.
Happy Hour anyone? I love the chalkpaint idea. The hardware on this piece makes it look high end. I always look for nice lines. You need to look past the chipped paint and imagine this beauty repainted with new hardware.
The posibiliteis are endless, even pianos can be converted.
I love this one. An antique dresser turned bar. I love the stencil design on the side. Don't you? You can easily achieve this look with some paint and stencils or even paint and stickers.
Look at this unique old vintage secretary desk. I could see a rockin bar! It's five o'clock somewhere....
So after all these different bar transformations I decided to search my local craigslist ad and this is what I found for $400!
Imagine it....so unique. Would have to be in the right setting of course, but wow.
This one is totally doable as well. For the great price of $60. I'm sure I can talk them down to $40
Throw on some new paint and hardware....could look something like this.
You can even ad wallpaper or fabric to the back shelves. LOVE IT.
This one is selling for $75. Perfect for those tight spaces.
Seriously, the possibilities are endless.
I'll leave the rest up to you.
